• Contributions are due by the 15th day of the month following the month being reported (see table below).
• Contributions not received by the last day of the month in which contributions are due will be considered delinquent. (Click here to see the Delinquent Employers List)
• There are two ways to submit contributions:
Manual – The St. Louis Laborers’ Benefit Office mails a Fringe Benefit Form to you monthly. You must enter the pertinent report information and mail this form along with payment to the St. Louis Laborers’ Benefit Office.
Online – The fringe benefit contribution online reporting system is called IRemit and allows you to electronically submit hours and payment. Please click here if you are interested in online reporting or would like more information on IRemit.
